We have on board our mobile bar, two cask ales Exmoor Ale & Exmoor Gold along with Carlsberg, San Miguel, Guinness & Thatchers Gold. Not to forget our own Withy Wurzel Cider.
The Withy Bar also has a fully stocked Gin Bar, Great wine and fizz selection and all the normal soft drinks to make your event go off with a ‘pop.’
Mobile Bar hire options
Guest Cash Bar – Guests pay for all their own drinks. We accept cash or card (subject to WiFi or 4g network.)
Host Token Bar – Give your guests a Withy Token which they can swap for a pint or glass of something special or a soft drink.
Open Bar – For the time you want to spoil and treat everyone. A full open bar where you can pick a limit that you wish to cover pre paid and then we can revert to a cash bar.
Hire charge is £200 fully stocked and insured up to 50 miles from our location in Withypool on Exmoor. We are happy to discuss pricing for further afield, but call for a quote if unsure.
Booking fee of £200, includes the following:
- Secures your chosen date
- Full mobile bar hire for the duration of your event
- The option to customise the bar, including a full choice of drinks menu
- A Temporary Event Notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your event
- Two fully qualified, friendly members of staff to run the bar for up to 8 hours
- Disposable glassware, straws and napkins
