Two dog friendly bars

Here at The Royal Oak Inn Withypool, we have two bars – both offering a range of local beers, wine, spirit and a wide selection of gin. Due to COVID-19, our freshly cooked food and drink will be served to your table outside where we have both covered and uncovered outdoor seating areas and outdoor bar until the government advises us otherwise.

We pride ourselves on being really dog friendly and even have a menu just for the four legged members of your family! We also stock doggy treats and have bowls of water available at the pub for the end those long Exmoor walks.

4 star pub accommodation on Exmoor

The Royal Oak Inn offers 4* accommodation in the heart of Exmoor with access directly onto the Moor.

All rooms were refurbished in May 2019 and have been refurbished further in November 2020 to provide additional luxury fixtures & features. There are four different room types to choose from, the standard double with private facilities, deluxe doubles, superior double & superking/twin, the luxury king suite and luxury superking/twin rooms.

Saver rate – Pay upfront. This option is non-refundable but allows you to move the date of your stay.
